Michigan Senate approves CPR training for high school students

The Senate unanimously approved legislation Tuesday to require the state Education Department to ensure by the 2017-18 academic year that health education guidelines provide for instruction in CPR and automatic external defibrillators.

Dothan man saved through CPR and use of AED device

Derek Kilgore works out at Crossfit Embrace on Monday as Landon Brazell looks on. Kilgore collapsed playing a game of pick-up basketball at a local church and had to be revived by CPR and an automated external defibrillator.
