Healthcare Pioneers 2021

We invite you to submit your case study showing excellent examples of innovative and effective atrial fibrillation (AF) services to help improve care standards for patients with AF around the world.The AF Association Healthcare Pioneers Report recognises best practice in the identification, diagnosis, treatment and care of patients with AF and is used as a benchmark to improve services and care for patients with AF.
