The GIRFT national report on cardiology has now been published

Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT) a clinically-led programme helping to improve the quality of care within the NHS by reducing unwarranted variation — has published its national report on cardiology. Written by Joint Clinical Leads Dr Sarah Clarke (Consultant Cardiologist and clinical director for strategic development, Papworth Hospital, Cambridge, UK) and Professor Simon Ray (Consultant Cardiologist, Wythenshawe Hospital, Manchester, UK), the report provides 25 recommendations for improving services in England within the context of COVID-19.
