Arrhythmia Alliance is currently searching for a Marketing and Communications Designer. 

Reports to:  Senior Marketing and Communications Designer

Job Purpose: Provide support to the Marketing & Communications Team in respect of social media platforms, websites, design, charity resources and advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the branding and layout process of marketing collateral and patient resources
  • Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Keep up to date records on program activities and evaluating the effectiveness of both delivery and outcomes, based on agreed metrics. Reporting of results to Management 
  • Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media posts for both general day to day messaging and specific campaigns
  • Assist in the development of graphics for social media, website and email marketing campaigns in accordance with the charity’s branding standard
  • Assist in the creation of Google Ads in accordance with Google Grant standards
  • Support with the production of the charity’s print newsletter
  • Assist the Communications Team with updating website copy and media
  • Support the delivery of the charity’s awareness campaigns and collaborative projects with other organizations
  • Support the Communications Team with creation and modifications of presentations
  • Be the liaison with the Patient Services Team to ensure the communication of up to date, relevant information to our patient audience

Applicant Requirements:

  • Ability to draft creative, effective and engaging communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Spark
  • Experience using Social Media Advertising Platforms 
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Can work flexibly, and as part of a team
  • Efficient at meeting deadlines
  • Friendly and polite
  • A passion for the non-profit world
  • Resourcefulness, creativity and tenacity to meet goals and desired outcomes 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and adequate vehicle transportation to meet the responsibilities of the position 
  • Be available to travel and work away from the office on occasion, if required 
  • Authorized to work in the United States 
     

Education/Experience:

  • Associates in graphic design & social media

Hours and Benefits:

  • Full time 40 hour a week position
  • 10 days paid vacation annually
  • Full health benefits, including medical and dental
