Have your say on Remote Monitoring and Alert Based Systems

Arrhythmia Alliance have partnered with Boston Scientific, a medical device manufacturer, to develop the following patient survey. 

This short survey has been created to gather insights from patients on the topic of remote monitoring in cardiac rhythm management (in pacemaker technology). The survey is split into 3 sections; (1) basic patient information; (2) patient perception of remote monitoring and (3) patient insights on alert-based systems. Where necessary short descriptions of medical conditions and technologies are provided to assist you in answering the questions.

It is estimated the survey will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. Your answers will be treated confidentially and taking part is voluntary.
