Complaints Procedure

We hope that nobody will ever feel the need to complain about the way in which we raise funds.  We are committed to high standards in everything that we do, but we realise that sometimes we get things wrong and that not everyone will agree with what we do.

Please note that this complaints procedure is only for fundraising purposes.

Stage one - How to complain

You may send your complaint to us in any of the following ways:

Telephone: 01789 867 501

Write to: Fundraising, Unit 6B Essex House, Cromwell Business Park, Chipping Norton OX7 5SR

We will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible,.  Please allow us sufficient time to enable us to deal with your complaint.

Stage two

If for any reason we have not resolved the complaint to your satisfaction, please explain clearly why you think feel that your complaint has not been properly resolved and what it is that you want us to do.

The same response time to stage one applies.

Stage three – Taking your complaint outside of Arrhythmia Alliance

In the event that you remain dissatisfied with the response you have received, you are entitled to take your complaint to the Fundraising Standards Board.

Arrhythmia Alliance is a member of the Fundraising Standards Board, an independent body that works to ensure that charities raising money from the public do so honestly and properly. We are committed to abide by any decision they reach on complaints which are reported to them.
