Jay was diagnosed with AF at the age of 29. He has had three ablations but remains active and continues to participate in activities he enjoys despite his AF.
I was diagnosed this year with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation last November I noticed when I went to my bed at night that I would feel my heart racing.
Chris had symptoms of AF from a young age but ignored them. He went on to live a very active life; challenging himself to strenuous situations like mountaineering and running marathons.

At times, I was out of breath and found that some days I struggled to walk.
When I was 20 I woke up one morning with a pounding in my chest, no previous warnings at all. All day it was on and off my heart was going about 240 bpm.
I was just short of my 34th Birthday when I was diagnosed with AF in October 2006.
