Healthcare Pioneers 2019

The AF Association Healthcare Pioneers Report recognises best practice in the identification, diagnosis, treatment and care of patients with AF and is used as a benchmark to improve services and care for patients with AF.

Thank you to everyone who submitted a case study for the Healthcare Pioneers 2019 report. An international expert judging panel has reviewed all entries, and the winners were announced during the AF Association Global AF Aware Week annual event hosted at the Palace of Westminster, London, UK, on 21 November 2018.
