Himalaya Trek - Nepal - 19 - 28 April 2019
This breathtaking charity challenge takes place in the stunning Annapurna region of the Himalayas in Nepal - home to some of the highest mountains in the world. The highlight of this spectacular trek will be the summit of Poon Hill at 3,210m. The trail takes you through charming Nepalese villages where you will experience the humbling culture of the mountain people of Nepal first hand.

Prudential Ride London - Freecycle - Saturday 3 August 2019
Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle offers a brilliant opportunity to get the whole family together to experience the fun and freedom of cycling on traffic-free roads in central London. The eight-mile circuit passes iconic London landmarks including Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, St Paul’s Cathedral and the Bank of England and again goes south of the river with a loop over Waterloo Bridge, offering stunning views of London. 3 Peaks Challenge - 9 - 11 August
From the scenic Glen Nevis Valley to the picturesque Snowdonia National Park, join the team and conquer some of the UK’s giants on this classic 3 Peaks Challenge – Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England) and Mount Snowdon (Wales). With a total trekking time of 15 hours or less, you’ll climb around 10,000 feet and have walked approx. 26 miles – grit and determination are vital to completing this fast paced challenge.
