AF Association Healthcare Pioneers Report 2020

Healthcare professionals involved in the identification, diagnosis, management, treatment and care of patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) are invited to submit their case studies for the AF Association Healthcare Pioneers Report 2020.

This annual report demonstrates best innovative practice in all areas of the treatment of atrial fibrillation and is used as a benchmark to improve services and care for the patients with AF.

All entries will be reviewed by an expert judging committee who will select case studies that identify best practice in delivering care for AF patients from identification, diagnosis through to treatment – perfecting the patient care pathway. The judging committee, chaired by Prof A J Camm, is established from the AF Association Medial Advisory Committee & Arrhythmia Alliance Executive Committee.

The winners will be invited to a presentation at the House of Commons, London on 20 November 2019 during the AF Association Global AF Aware Week.

Submit your own example of best practice today to help improve care standards for AF patients around the world.
