Important information for the submission of Case Studies

Submission Deadline:  23:59 on Friday 4th August 2017

We are asking for Case Studies that are examples of good practice in the identification, diagnosis, treatment and care of patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) that can be used as a benchmark to improve delivery of AF services.

Before submitting a Case Study, authors are asked to carefully read the information below:

 

Formatting Guidelines

  • Case Study Title – UPPER CASE letters only (max 250 characters)
  • Case Study text - mixed case letters (max 400 words). Please note: Text within images will be included in the total word count
  • An image must be submitted to sit alongside you case
  • Please structure your Case Study with a brief introduction, brief outline of service, care pathway and or treatment. Results and conclusions, to include implications for patient / service benefits

 

Case Study acceptance

  • If your Case Study is selected as the best submission, you will be recognised at the Arrhythmia Alliance Awards Ceremony taking place on Monday 2nd October during Heart Rhythm Congress 2017 at The International Convention Centre (ICC), Birmingham UK
  • A selection of Case Studies will be included the AF Association HealthCare Pioneers report.  Date of publication: November 2017
