Put on your trainers, dive into a swimming pool or get on your bike for Arrhythmia Alliance; the options are endless. Look through our list of challenge events taking place in the UK for inspiration or why not create your own challenge.

If you would like further assistance in choosing your challenge contact the fundraising team or call 01789 867 501.

Once you have entered your chosen event, remember to inform the fundraising team.

 Husky Trail Lapland 31 March - 7 April 2018

Ever dreamt of driving your own team of spirited huskies across the Arctic, with civilisation left far behind? Well, now that dream can become a reality!  Your challenge is to sled 250km from Norway, into Sweden through untouched nature, in order to finish at the world famous Ice Hotel (the original!) in Jukkasjarvi!  Click here to register


Edinburgh Night Ride 23rd June 2018

Pedalling 50 miles around Edinburgh you’ll see the sunset over the coast, cycle through beautiful Georgian streets under the moon and stars, and discover stunning night views of the city as you pass iconic sights along the way, including Arthur’s Seat, Edinburgh Castle, The Forth Bridges, Scottish Parliament Buildings and Holyrood Palace (to name a few) – all whilst the city sleeps… it really is a unique way to explore this spectacular city!

Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle Saturday 28th July 2018

 Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle offers a brilliant opportunity to get the whole family together to experience the fun and freedom of cycling on traffic-free roads in central London. The eight-mile circuit passes iconic London landmarks including Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, St Paul’s Cathedral and the Bank of England and again goes south of the river with a loop over Waterloo Bridge, offering stunning views of London. It's free to register, so sign up using the 'register here' button below, or simply come along on the day and join the fun! London to Paris Bike Ride  25-29th July 2018 (Tour de France edition) - Other dates available

4 days in the saddle, cycling 308 miles from London to Paris. The journey begins in London with the route taking you through glorious English countryside as you cycle through Kent to Dover, before crossing the Channel to Calais. Once in France, (and keeping to the right) you push on cycling along the quiet French country lanes, passing the war memorials and cenmetaries of the Somme. A spectacular finish will await you as you reach the home stretch up the Champs Elysées to the Arc de Triomphe, beffore reaching the piece de resistance, the Eiffel Tower, which marks your finish line! You will be there in plenty of time to see the finishers of the Tour de france arriving.

3 Peak Challenge  7-9 September 2018  

 From the scenic Glen Nevis Valley to the picturesque Snowdonia National Park, join the team and conquer some of the UK’s giants on this classic 3 Peaks Challenge – Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England) and Mount Snowdon (Wales). With a total trekking time of 15 hours or less, you’ll climb around 10,000 feet and have walked approx. 26 miles – grit and determination are vital to completing this fast paced challenge
