AF Screening Pledge
1,000 SIGNATURES REACHED!
The current UK National Screening Committee (NSC) recommendation on Atrial Fibrillation on screening in adults does not recommend systematic population screening. AF Association, Arrhythmia Alliance and the All Party Parliamentary Group on Atrial Fibrillation are asking that the National Screening Committee reconsiders this decision.
We would like to thank the 1,000 people who have signed the pledge so far. In April we want to double that number to over 2,000 signatures which we will then submit to the National Screening Committee asking them to recommend a national AF screening programme for people 65 and over. Please click on the image below, to see the full list of those who have pledged their support to our AF screening campaign.
